A massive snowstorm has stranded thousands of commuters across the south, blanketing the region with several inches of snow. In Birmingham, nearly a thousand children are still stranded at school this morning, after the roads became too dangerous for buses to get them home yesterday. Two school children in Atlanta (pictured below via @KrissyBri) were forced to spend the night on a bus, while being stuck in the wintery conditions for more than 18 hours. There was even a report of a woman delivering a baby in the traffic jam that caused motorists to be stuck for more than 10 hours.
