Prosecutors in California have charged two individuals who made a series of undercover videos of Planned Parenthood officials discussing the sale of fetal tissue with 15 felonies.
The videos created by David Daleiden and Sandra Merrit led to a public outcry about the practice of selling body parts from after abortions, but the prosecutors say they were made illegally.
The duo made up the name of a bioresearch firm to conduct the meetings, which they recorded and posted online without the subjects’ knowledge.

The bogus charges from Planned Parenthood’s political cronies are fake news. We look forward to showing the entire world what is on our yet-unreleased video tapes of Planned Parenthood’s criminal baby body parts enterprise, in vindication of the First Amendment rights of all.
