Horrid news out of Nevada this morning. Two are dead and two others have been injured in a shooting that took place in a middle school. An unidentified victim and the gunman were both killed this morning, and two male minors (one is possibly 12) are in critical condition. The shooting took place around 7:15 AM, just as classes were starting, and reports suggested that the gunman had been “neutralized” by the police. We’ll have more updates here as they become available …
Update 1: According to a student testimony, the gunman may have been a student who shot his teacher after being told to put down the gun.
Update 2: A reporter for the Reno Gazette-Journal said students told her they heard the shooter yelling “you ruined my life now I’m going to ruin yours” before firing.
