World’s Oldest Woman’s Secret to Longevity: Sleep and Bacon

The world’s oldest woman appears to have cracked the code for both happiness and longevity: The combination of lots of sleep and plenty of bacon. Susannah Mushatt Jones, who is 116 years old, says that along with great relationships with her family “lots of sleep” is the key to her long, healthy life. She also happens to have a sign in her kitchen that says “Bacon makes everything better,” and according to USA Today, “keeps a steady diet of bacon, eggs and grits for breakfast.” Ron Swanson is going to live forever.
