Here is a video I recorded while at a conference at Willow Creek. It has gotten enough positive feedback that I decided to share it with other leaders here at Neue. People seem to connect with the explanation of what is currently happening in church–and how we could re-orient it to better reflect Jesus…which causes a natural sparks growth.
