Warren on Hannity & Colmes

Pastor Rick Warren appeared on the Fox News program Hannity & Colmes last night to discuss his new book, The Purpose of Christmas. In it, Warren looks through the commercialization of the holiday to explain, in approachable terms, the meaning of the holiday. Warren says one of the main focuses of the book is the message of God’s gift to humanity. “If you gave me a Christmas gift, and I never opened it, and a year later, you go, ‘Hey, Rick, did you like my gift?’ And I go, ‘Oh, Sean, I’m really glad you gave it to me. Unfortunately, I was too busy to open it.’ What kind of friend are you?” Warren asked Hannity.
