It appears that Chipotle is road testing a hot cheese dip at their new public test kitchen-restaurant hybrid situation in New York City’s Meatpacking district. It’s called Genuine Queso and you can order—whoa, calm down. Let us finish. You can order it as a side or get it with chips. That store is the only place you can order the queso for now but if it goes well, expect for it to be showing up across the country.
