Avocado toast chocolate bars are now a thing. Compartés Chocolatier, based out of Los Angeles, is known for their extravagant combinations of flavors. And they’ve really outdone themselves with this one.

Last year, the chocolatier made 5,000 avocado chocolate bars with California avocado. They sold out right away. So they decided to step it up a notch.
Fun fact: Avocado has been used as a vegan substitute to make baked chocolate goods creamier. Which is great and all, but for this new chocolate bar, they actually threw the crunchy toast into the mix too. Even more unholy is the fact that it’s white chocolate, too.
