It started out as a pretty good day for Ivan Zvonimir Čičak. The head of a human rights committee in Croatia, Čičak was receiving an award for his work from the president of Croatia herself. But when it came time for a photo opp, things took a turn—or, rather, a fall. Just as reporters started snapping pictures of the president handing Čičak the Charter of the Republic of Croatia, Čičak’s pants dropped right down to his ankles. The president somehow kept her cool, and, in perfectly presidential fashion, even lowered the charter to cover Čičak as he hoisted his pants back into position. But unfortunately for Čičak, the whole embarrassing situation got caught on camera.
