Motorola Mobility—a company owned by Google—has submitted a very creepy patent for an “electronic skin tattoo” that will literally connect a user to their mobile devices. In addition to serving as a permanent Bluetooth piece, the tattoo, which will be “capable of being applied to a throat region of a body,” can also be used as a lie detector. “Optionally, the electronic skin tattoo can further include a galvanic skin response detector to detect skin resistance of a user.” (Could they have possibly worded that in a way that could be more terrifying?)
