Late last night, Ryan Adams posted a few previews of songs from his upcoming cover album of Taylor Swift’s blockbuster 1989. Like most of the covers, this song—which was originally co-written by Bleachers’ Jack Antonoff—is done in the style of The Smiths. Adams went as far as to call it “maybe the best sad song I ever did.” High praise from a guy who broke through for an album called Heartbreaker.
