These maps were recorded precisely seven years apart, to the hour, lending an eerie ambiance to the South’s current attempts to batten down the hatches. At this point, Isaac doesn’t look to be on Katrina’s level, with winds expected to top out around 90 miles per hour instead of Katrina’s 157.
