J.J. Abrams Let a ‘Star Trek’ Fan See the New Movie Before He Died

Abrams’ new Star Trek entry, Into Darkness. One of Craft’s buddies started an online petition to get Abrams to show an advance screening to Craft. Redditors flooded the petition with votes and, before you can say “make it so,” Craft’s wife, Paige, got a call from Abrams, asking her if they wouldn’t mind [a little home viewing](http://www.reddit.com/r/startrek/comments/160avc/thank_you_rstartrek) of a very rough cut of the new movie. Sadly, Craft passed away just a few days later, but both he and his wife throughly loved the film …
