After it was discovered that a prominent male porn star had been infected with syphilis for some time and had been forging his STD test results, several major pornographic studios have gone on indefinite lockdown, and all others are being urged to do the same until the potentially disastrous extent of the infection is known. Syphilis is a treatable STD, but is fatal if undetected, so most studios have agreed to suspend production until all performers can be tested.
