Tim Tebow, America’s quarterback, has trademarked the name behind his iconic pose, which means he can legally sue anyone he feels is using it the wrong way. He said, in a statement that he’s not trying to make any money, and his only goal is “to just control how it’s used, make sure it’s used in the right way.” Tebow’s intentions are probably noble and the fact that his name, his faith and his image are all so intertwined certainly warrants his taking some ownership.
