Los Angeles traffic is pretty bad. But when a 10-mile section of the San Diego Freeway is blocked off this weekend, bad will undoubtedly turn worse. The closing, nicknamed Carmageddon, is expected to leave surrounding freeways gridlocked from Malibu to Hollywood.
