Watch President Obama, Bono, and Jimmy Kimmel’s Call to Fight AIDS

BY RELEVANT CULTURE / CURRENT December 01, 2017

It’s been a couple of days since former President Barack Obama promised to let us pilot Air Force 1 if we’d donate to RED: the international non-governmental organization dedicated to ending the transmission, stigma, and overall negative impacts of HIV/AIDS.

Former POTUS joined Jimmy Kimmel and Bono on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to report much needed good news about the decline of HIV positive diagnoses among certain populations as well as a drop in HIV-related deaths, among other positive advancements in the fight against AIDS.

On this World AIDS Day, we want to remind you that we need not live in a world where people are as vulnerable to social discrimination and physical death due to HIV. We can end the negative impact of HIV. So, in case you missed it, check out this hopeful message, and take a look at the World AIDS Day website to see how you can join the fight against AIDS.
