Obviously, the best part of any movie in 2011 was the dog Uggie from The Artist. While he "retired" after the film, he was rumored to be making an appearance at the Academy Awards. Apparently, that’s not so. So now we’ll have to suffer through Billy Crystal with no promise of heartwarming canine antics …
