Mark Wahlberg was recently a guest on The Tonight Show, and he was asked about his daily schedule. Ever since he posted the insane schedule on Instagram—which involves waking up at 2:30 in the morning—people have been pretty curious about some of the details. (He even talked about the schedule in our recent interview with him.)
One of the most confusing parts of the schedule (aside from the fact that he wakes up in the middle of the night), is the fact that he spends two full hours showering every day. While talking with Fallon (at the 4:40 mark), he decided to clear up some of the confusion. He now says that the item is “misleading,” claiming that he only takes five minutes to shower.
Sounds fishy to us. Look, if you got up at 2:30 am to work out and accomplish a week’s worth of task every single day, we think you’re entitled to a long shower if you want one. Don’t let anyone shower shame you Mr. Wahlberg.
