Barbie’s Malibu DreamHouse Is Now a Real Place You can AirBnB

Come on Barbie, let’s go party at the Barbie Malibu DreamHouse AirBnb.

Greta Gerwig’s highly anticipated Barbie is sparing no expense when it comes to promoting the film. For their latest marketing move, a real-life Dreamhouse Airbnb listing has emerged, inviting lucky guests to enjoy a stay in a glamorous pink mansion. Hosted by none other than Ken, this larger-than-life pink palace resembles a real-life Barbie playset.

According to the listing, visitors will have the opportunity to raid Ken’s “awesome wardrobe to find your best beach fit,” and will even receive a pair of yellow-and-pink roller skates and a surfboard to take home as souvenirs.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a helpful concierge who will provide a personalized tour of the property, showing off its various amenities such as an infinity pool, a wraparound balcony, a well-equipped workout area and, of course, an outdoor dance floor.

The DreamHouse will open up for two one-night stays for two guests each on July 21 and 22. The booking will open on July 17, and the best part? It won’t cost you a dime to stay there!

However, the listing is clear that it is “not a contest” as guests will be “responsible for their own travel to and from Malibu.”

This isn’t the first time that a Hollywood film has capitalized on its iconic settings for promotional purposes. Last year, Netflix enticed fans with a fictional $450 million Zillow listing for the mansion featured in “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.” Unfortunately, unlike the Barbie Malibu DreamHouse, fans couldn’t actually spend a night in that luxurious estate.
