An old clip of Jamie Foxx going “full Baptist” is making the rounds again, and it’s still as hilarious as the first time.
Back in 2020, Jamie Foxx was doing press rounds for his thriller Project Power iwith his co-star Joseph Gordon Levitt. JGL was running Foxx questions about his life that come up on Google’s auto-complete function and asked if he’s a vegan.
“Actually, I’m Baptist,” Foxx quips. “I know where I’m going as far as Heaven is concerned.” And then as proof he …well, just watch.

“Nothing against vegans, but we going to Heaven over here,” Foxx said in his final mic drop moment.
Boom! One or two slight hiccups aside, Foxx rattled off every book in the Old Testament. That’s no mean feat, even if he doesn’t quite get an A+. Also, he says it all with such confidence and poise! This guy should be an actor or something. JGL looks dumbstruck with delight at his pal’s hidden talent and who can blame him?
