In the story that just wouldn’t go away, Los Angeles Clippers co-owner and noted racist Donald Sterling is suing the NBA for a billion dollars. He says NBA Commissioner Adam Silver’s decision to ban him from the NBA and force the sale of the Clippers was “unconstitutional, in breach of contract, in restraint of trade, in breach of fiduciary duties and … is malicious and oppressive,” according to Sterling’s lawyer.
As you doubtless know, Sterling found himself in the hottest of hot water after a tape of him expressing some truly racist garbage was leaked to TMZ.
