Mohammed Sohel Rana had been on the run since the disaster last week, and will face charges of criminal negligence. On Sunday, a fire at the site put a temporary halt to rescue efforts, where hundreds are still believed to be trapped in the rubble. The death toll of the tragedy is approaching 400.
