Taxes at a 30-Year Low

With all the bad financial news out there, we have to take the good news wherever we can get it, and here’s some: Americans in 2009 paid the lowest taxes they’d paid in 30 years. And, although there’s no official report yet, the CBO experts say that they assume taxes remained at low through 2010 and 2011 as well. Bad financial news is easy to find, so let’s all just take a moment to enjoy this little bright spot, before some other report comes along and makes the glass half empty again.
