Lost co-creator Damon Lindelof recently wrote a guest column for The Hollywood Reporter, explaining how he still gets hateful comments tweeted at him from viewers who didn’t like the ambiguous ending of his show. He wrote that after the Breaking Bad finale, “my Twitter feed was pretty much a unanimous run of, ‘Did you see that, Lindelof? That’s how you end a show.’” He said that after years of getting negative comments on Twitter, “I’m not looking for empathy. I’m just looking for a way to stop. And I can’t.
