In a tweet on Monday morning, Colin Kaepernick announced the release of customized jerseys emblazoned with the hashtag “#IMWITHKAP.” The jerseys were in no way affiliated with his latest Nike campaign, but were instead being sold from his personal website to raise funds for the Know Your Rights Camp, a free campaign founded to “raise youth awareness about self-empowerment and interacting with law enforcement.”

Within hours, the jerseys were completely sold out. Originally, Kaepernick shared that only 20 percent of proceeds would go to the campaign, but after the quick sell-out, he took to Instagram, saying that all proceeds would go directly to the campaign.
The all-black jerseys feature “#IMWITHKAP” in white resting above Kaepernick’s classic number 7. Youth-sized jerseys sold for $99.99 each and adult sizes sold for $174.99 each.
