The boys are back.
Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers and more late-night hosts are back in their regular spots after five months off due to the writers’ strike. To kick off this new era, Colbert brought on indie supergroup boygenius — Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker — to perform their hit single “Cool About It” off their latest album, The Record.
The trio, who often refer to themselves as “the boys,” delivered a simple yet powerful performance, with all three members standing together around the same microphone.
