The Men In Black reboot is drawing closer, and today, Sony Pictures released the first trailer for the movie along with its shiny new title: Men In Black: International. The movie stars Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson as the two lead agents, with Liam Neeson (!!) fulfilling his destiny as the franchise’s new grizzled veteran.
The story this time is classic spy-movie stuff; there’s a mole in the Men In Black organization, and now Tessa Thompson and Chris have to figure it all out. Also there are aliens and many of them are funny.
We’re in on this mostly because the Thompson/Hemsworth combination was so great in Thor: Ragnarok, but Liam Neeson returning to straight-shooting action is fun, too. Not sure why we need a Fergie song in the trailer, but hey, we’re optimistic besides.
Men In Black: International comes out this summer.
