
Bryan Fischer—an American Family Association spokesman whose wisdom includes hits like “alternative religions of Christianity have no right to the free exercise of religion” and “The Nazi Party would not have been possible without homosexuals”—has been fired from his post at the AFA. AFA President Don Wildmon told Rachel Maddow (of all people) that Fischer was let go because of his views on homosexuality (there is also speculation that the AFA’s recent team-up with Republican National Committee may have had something to do with it.)
