Coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic, many people were shocked to find they were struggling to establish meaningful friendships. Months of social isolation has affected an entire generation, and it could take years to shake off some bad habits.
But having close friends who will walk with you through the good, bad and ugly parts of life is incredibly important to being a healthy human, and it’s something Tedashii knows well. The hip-hop artist took to his Instagram to share an encouraging word about taking the time to cultivate deep friendships and have someone who will speak life into you.
“Men may have friends for fun but not necessarily friends for life,” wrote Tedashii. “Men we need real friends to live integrated life with because when it gets real, and it will, we all need someone we can turn to. Trust me!”
