Tightrope walker Nik Wallenda has just revealed his next stunt. At a press conference this week, Wallenda announced plans to walk on top of a soon-to-be-opened, 400-foot-tall “observation wheel” called the Orlando Eye, while it’s spinning. He also specified that he would perform the stunt without a harness and without the aid of a balancing pole. Wallenda, who is a member of the “Flying Wallenda” family of circus daredevils, is famous for his televised tightrope walks, often over large landmarks (Niagara Falls, Chicago skyscrapers, the Grand Canyon. Along with a some manner of life-risking stunt, his specials typically feature constant prayer and appearances by his friend, megachurch pastor Joel Osteen. Wallenda dramatically told reporters this week, “My whole life is about facing death in the eyes. Do I think of death? Often.” The Orlando Eye walk is scheduled for April 29 …
