House Majority Leader Eric Cantor has backed out of budget talks until President Obama negotiates further with Democratic leaders. Cantor was joined by Sen. Jon Kyl of Arizona in leaving the drawn-out discussions to determine how to raise the national debt ceiling and make pivotal budget cuts.
