It’s hard to know how to feel about AMC’s upcoming Breaking Bad spin-off, Better Call Saul. On the one hand, Breaking Bad is one of the greatest television shows of all time and getting the creator and one of its best characters their own show is almost a no-brainer. On the other hand, there is a long list of reasons to set this sleeping dog lie. The idea of a Saul Goodman prequel has been all-but greenlit by AMC, but now comes word that it might actually be a sequel instead. That sounds interesting, particularly given Saul’s [Minor Spoiler Alert] determination to go run a Cinnabon in Omaha, Neb. Still, there’s reason to be concerned.
