Some things in life are just common knowledge: the Earth is round, humans need water to survive, and teenagers prefer Chick-fil-A.
Some may try to disagree about the last one, but science is against them. A new survey found that Chick-fil-A was the favorite restaurant among American teens, beating out Starbucks, Chipotle, McDonald’s and Olive Garden.
And that’s not the only survey Chick-fil-A has topped this year.
For the eighth year in a row, Chick-fil-A was No. 1 in the 2022 American Customer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Study for favorite restaurant, which surveyed over 20,000 Americans. The restaurant also finished first in the 22nd Annual Drive-Thru Study by Intouch Insight categories of “friendliness” and “satisfaction with service.”
It’s no surprise that Chick-fil-A has found the secret sauce for being the best year after year. The company’s famously friendly service mixed with its unbeatable chicken recipe makes it tough competition for anyone else in the game. There might be better fried chicken out there. There might be cheaper fast food. But Chick-fil-A majors on most of the majors. You may have your own personal opinions about the chicken-themed restaurant, but it looks like the teens aren’t holding back from speaking their truth.
