Maxwell Frost is officially the first representative for Gen Z in Congress.
Frost, a Democrat, will represent Florida in the House of Representatives. He is only 25 years old, and will be entering Congress where the average age of members is 58.

Maxwell ran on a gun reform platform, advocating for stricter gun laws. He became involved with gun reform advocacy when he was just 15 years old after the Sandy Hook shooting. Since then, he worked as an organizer with March For Our Lives and the ACLU, before kicking off his Congressional campaign last fall.
A true Zoomer, Frost is planning on celebrating his win on Thursday night.
