Rabbi Noah Muroff, who is a teacher at a private Jewish school, recently purchased an ordinary office desk on Craigslist for $150. But when he dissembled it to make it fit through a door at his office, he found something unexpected inside—$98,000 in cash hidden behind one of the shelves. Instead of looking at the find as a stroke of luck, Rabbi Muroff decided to contact the owner and return the money. The woman had reportedly hidden her inheritance in the desk and forgotten it was in there.
