Several pro-life groups have organized a “TweetFest” this afternoon to bring more attention to the Kermit Gosnell abortion clinic murder trial. Yesterday, a USA Today column from Kirsten Powers that looks at the lack of media coverage of the case brought new attention to the atrocities that took place at the clinic. The doctor and several employees are accused of numerous, horrific infant murders. According to The Christian Post, “There have been no mentions of the Gosnell trial since it began on NBC, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, or PBS Newshour.” The Twitter initiative is sponsored by the groups AbortionWiki, Operation Rescue, Priests for Life and Stand True and encourages users to use social media to inform others about the case …
